中華民國重症醫學雜誌 投稿簡則

　

1.	稿件以與重症醫學有關之學術性研究、臨床觀察、病例報告或綜合評述，但以未曾登載於其他書刊雜誌者為限。
2.	作者應負來稿內容中所涉及版權，專利或機密性之責任。來稿如經登載本誌，其版權應歸中華民國重症醫學會所有，除商得本誌編輯委員會之同意外，不得轉載於其他書刊雜誌。
3.	各項著作按性質分為原著（Original Articles）、病例報告( Case Reports)、綜合評述（Review Articles）三種。
4.	來稿須附紙稿三份（圖片三套，影印者不受理），存檔於全新3.5吋磁片或可讀寫之光碟中( Word 2000®以上,請註明所使用之檔名,)，或Email至編輯室, 請作者自行存底一份。
5.	惠稿以中文或英文均可。中、英文稿須附250字以內之英文摘要及500字以上之中文摘要。英文及中文稿須用A4白紙，隔二行打字。另須附中文30字或英文一行以內簡題 ( Running Title）。
6.	凡數字須用阿拉伯數字書寫，度量衡須用國際公認標準符號，例如cm，mm，µ，cc，kg，37°C，100°F。
7.	來稿編寫次序如下： 原著：首頁（Title Page）、摘要（Abstract）、關鍵詞（Key Words）、引言（Introduction）、方法（Methods）、結果（Results）、討論（Discussion）、誌謝（Acknowledgements）、參考資料（References）、表格（Tables）、圖片說明（Legends for illustrations）、中或英譯文首頁（Chinese or English Translation of Title Page）、中或英譯文摘要（Chinese or English Translation of Abstract）、中或英譯文關鍵詞（Chinese or English Translation of Key Words）。 病例報告： 首頁、摘要、引言、病例（Case Presentation）、討論、參考資料等順序撰寫。 綜合評述無固定格式，但必須列出參考資料。
8.	來稿繕打方式： 首頁： 請包括論文題目、作者姓名、服務單位（不同單位請以“ *、**…”分開表示之）簡題，及加註聯絡人姓名、通訊處、電話號碼、及傳真號碼。 摘要： 中、英文稿須附250字以內之英文摘要及500字以上之中文摘要，應包括目的、方法、結果、及結論，並加關鍵詞3~6個。 本文： 請包括引言、方法、結果、及討論。 表格： 每一表格分開另紙繕打，請避免繕打縱線及邊線。 圖片照片及說明： (1)圖片或光面照片必須清晰、分明。照片5×7吋大小一式三份。背面並以軟鉛筆註明其順序號碼、題目，並用箭頭指出朝上之位置；作者姓名、服務單位名稱不得出現在照片背後。 (2)若屬臟器標本照片，須連同公分尺一起照下，其為光學或電子顯微鏡照片，須示明擴大倍率或比例尺。 (3)圖片說明須按文內引用次序排列繕打，並以相隔二行之方式另紙繕打。 (4)文內表格或圖片，若有引用或翻譯自國內外雜誌者，必須徵得原刊登雜誌之許可，作者須負完全之責任。 參考資料： 作者姓名應全部列出。
9.	中文致謝詞一律放在本文最後面，來稿之研究若由研究相關機構等資助完成者，請在文末註明並附上該研究計畫編號。
10.	揭載費用，每篇七頁以內免費刊載。若需用彩色照片製版、英文修稿及超過頁數部分之費用應由作者自行負擔。
11.	來稿本會有修改、取捨之權，如不適合本雜誌主旨時得退還。
12.	一校稿由作者負責，校對時不應追加或更改原文。
13.	來稿如經採用，于出刊後,提供著作電子檔(PDF檔)，以示謝忱。如需抽印紙本，請於來稿時註明所需數量，但費用自付。
14.	請作者依所附版權讓渡書，聲明所有合著者已過目並同意論文內容，並請附上所有作者簽名。
15.	引用文獻之順序照引用之順序以小字阿拉伯號碼表示於引用之右上方。參考文獻請依下列順序填寫。 雜　誌－著作者姓名.題目.雜誌名.年號；卷數：起終頁. 例(一) 江啟輝,羅清順,謝遠清.1443結核病例之研究.台灣醫誌.1981;80:129-135. 例(二) Chiang CH, Shen CY, Hsu K. Instructions to Authors

　　Taiwan Critical Care Medicine (T.S.C.C.M) publishes peer-reviewed articles on all aspects of critical care medicine including original clinical or experimental studies, review articles and case reports.

　　Articles are accepted for consideration only if they are submitted solely to this journal. Except for reviews, the editors will not publish articles in which a significant portion of the data has been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Each article is submitted with the understanding that all authors have reviewed the data in the manuscript and approved the final manuscript. All sources of support from both for profit and nonprofit organizations for the research submitted in a manuscript should be cited. The TSCCM reserves copyright and renewal on all published material, and no part of such material may be reproduced elsewhere without written permission from TSCCM's publisher.

Manuscript Form:
Manuscripts must be submitted in triplicate and should conform to the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals (Ann Intern Med,1988;108:258-265). Manuscripts should be double-spaced throughout. A title page, abstract, text, acknowledgments, references, legends, tables, and figures should begin on separate sheets in that order. Define abbreviations at first appearance, and avoid their use in the title and abstract. Use generic names of drugs.

Title Page:
Titles should be brief and specific. Include full name, address, and academic affiliation for each author; acknowledgement of grant support where appropriate; a short title (40 characters or less) to be used as a running title; and 3-6 key words or phases for subject indexing. Include a telephone number, a fax number and E-mail address if possible.

Abstract:
A concise description (not more than 250 words) of the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions is required.

Text:
The text should be divided into Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Discussion. Other types of articles may use other formats. Acknowledgments are typed at the end of the text before references.

References:
References are cited in the text by Arabic numeral as superscript. References are typed double-spaced on sheet separate from the text and numbered consecutively in the order in which they are mentioned in the text. The authors are responsible for the accuracy of reference data. List all authors, year, volume and inclusive pages for all journal references, and specific page numbers for all book references. Check Index Medicus for journal titles and abbreviations. Reference style follows the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals, published in The Annals of Internal Medicine, 1982;96:776-771 and 1988;108:258-265.

Tables:
Tables should be cited in the text. Each table should have a number and a brief informative title. Explain in footnotes all abbreviations used in the table. Place each table on a separate page.

Illustrations:
Three sets of illustrations must be submitted. Enclose figures in a separate envelope. Each figure should be labeled on the back with the title of the article. Indicate the top of each figure. Figure legends, on a separate sheet, should be brief but should provide sufficient description for figure interpretation. Number figures in the order in which they are mentioned in the text. Photographs and drawings should be unmounted, glossy prints, 5”x7” in size. Internal scale markers on photographs are desirable.

PDF File of articles will be furnished to authors free.

Cost to Author:
No charge will be made for articles less than 7 printed pages. The cost of color reproductions or English correction will be borne by the author.
